What is HR Elements and what do you do?

HR Elements is a Perth-based HR consulting firm that works with businesses of all sizes across Western Australia. We provide a full range of people and culture services — from outsourced HR and recruitment through to training, employee wellbeing and workplace investigations — helping businesses build the HR foundations they need to grow sustainably.

What size businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and small businesses just getting their people foundations in place, through to medium and large enterprises requiring complex HR support. Our services are always tailored to your specific context and stage of growth.

What is outsourced HR and do I need it?

Outsourced HR means having a dedicated HR professional available to your business without the cost of a full-time in-house hire. If you’re spending too much time on people issues, unsure about your employment obligations, or simply growing faster than your HR capacity, outsourced HR could be exactly what you need. We become a natural extension of your team.

Do you help with recruitment?

Yes. We offer end-to-end recruitment support. From writing position descriptions and advertising roles, to shortlisting, interviews and offer management. Our focus is on finding the right fit for your culture and the role, not just filling a seat quickly.

Can you help with a specific HR issue rather than ongoing support?

Absolutely. We offer project-based HR consulting for businesses that need support with a specific situation — a workplace investigation, a policy overhaul, a redundancy process, or a one-off training session. You don’t need to be on a retainer to work with us.

How do I get started?

The easiest way to start is by booking a free 30-minute consultation. There’s no obligation and no cost, it’s simply a conversation about your business and what you need. From there, we’ll recommend the right type of support and put together a proposal tailored to you.

Will I work with the same HR professional each time?

Yes. We allocate a dedicated HR professional to your business who becomes your primary point of contact. They take the time to understand your business, your team and your goals so you’re never starting from scratch or explaining your situation to a different person each time.

How much does it cost to work with HR Elements?

Our pricing depends on the type and scope of support you need. Retained HR packages are priced based on the level of access and support required by your business. Do you offer Mental Health First Aid training?

Yes. We have a licensed MHFA Australia® Instructor on our team who delivers nationally accredited Mental Health First Aid training for workplaces. Courses are available in person, blended and online formats, and can be delivered in-house at your business. Participants receive a 3-year accreditation on completion.
