Each participant is provided with a personalised report and growth plan.

We explain the 6 domains of resilience to effectively communicate through a shared language. We teach managers how to talk about and support resilience and wellbeing within their team. Tracking progress over a period of time, we celebrate our growth as individuals and as a team.
